    When we are Closed

For health information and advice, or if you need medical help fast when we are closed, call the NHS 24 on 111. Call NHS 24 free on 111 if you are ill and it can't wait until your regular NHS service reopens.

In life threatening emergencies such as chest pain and severe shortness of breath you should call 999

A nurse advisor or health information advisor will ask you about your symptoms. They will assess them and tell you what you should do next. Please refer to the separate NHS 24 leaflet available from our reception giving more detailed information.

Out-of-hours services are generally busy so please think carefully before asking to see a doctor and only do so if you genuinely cannot wait until the surgery re-opens.

Further information can be found on your Urgent problems page.
